I have a brand new Miraco Plus. I have made my fist scan but I am unable to transfer the model to my Mac using Revo Scan 6.3.1. My Mac is running OS 15.7. I have tried rebooting the Miraco plus, rebooting the Mac, quitting all other apps on the Mac, and different USB ports. I am using the USB cable supplied with the Miraco Plus. I have 144GB of free disk space on my Mac. I get this error in Revo Scan 6.3.1 no matter what I try: Import failed. Check the file and disk space, then retry.

Please provide information for how I can transfer models to my Mac successfully.

For te hnucal issues with the software please contact customer@revopoint3d.com

On my Windows computer I usually connect MIRACO via the USB and manually copy and paste the projects to my PC location .

Just Received my Miraco and am having the same problem.

Same issue here - using Android mobile app on Android & WIndows 10 OS.
