# How to Scan Thin Items Using Revopoint MIRACO

To help out @Revopoint-Fay in creating a tutorial, I helped her record this video.

As you can see in the video, all you need to do to make short work of scanning a thin object is just to place some feature-rich reference objects around it for MIRACO to track.
