How do I contact support directly?

Hey! I expected my parcel to arrive by June, but two months later still I’ve got no notice or tracking number, so I wanted to contact some official support for help. Does anyone know where to do this?


We get good response by Cassie and other company reps here on this forum, but not so much on the weekends. They’re 15 hours ahead of me (Los Angeles), so take that into account, too.

I have approached them by their Facebook message. It did work quick and correct.
