I am having an issue with my mini duplicating faces, I will try to scan from another angle and it will create these “duplicate” faces.

Looks to me as though there is too much duplication of some features, so the Mini’s algorithm is generating errors when it tries to stitch everything together.
Revo Scan will often (not guaranteed) clean up the data when you perform a Fuse operation and the Mesh operation can clean things up even more.
To avoid this, you can place markers (keep at least 6 in each frame to work) for Marker mode or place small, distinct objects (gum, magnets, etc.) on or around the object being scanned in Feature mode to assist tracking.
