Having issues connection wifi to POP.
I do not have a personal Hotspot on s22+ or s21 or Ipad
How do I connect please

There are several guides for setting up a Hotspot with the Samsung S22+.

Keep in mind that the Hotspot capability is restricted to one user, according to this site: https://us.community.samsung.com/t5/Galaxy-S22/S22-hotspot-only-allows-one-simultaneous-client/td-p/2347871 , but that shouldn’t be a problem for you.

however how does pop talk, getting a little frustrated.

The original POP only works on the 2.4 GHz WiFi band. Also, the 2.4 GHz band is too slow to support Marker mode.
You do not have to use Hotspot. You can enter the SSID and Password for your home router and the POP will connect to Revo Scan on your computer or phone if they are on the same network.
But you have to connect your scanner to a computer (Windows or Apple) via USB in order to configure the scanner to connect via WiFi (unless you change your home WiFi’s SSID and Password to the default entries (“POP” & “12345678”).
