# Bug help- can't open my own scan res. too high?

Hi @giosinfinity ,

Sorry so much. I think it’s a bug of the software. I will discuss with developer team and solve it asap.

Update: I talked to our developer team, we will release a new version to solve this issue at the end of this week.
